This bowl features a very distinctive Japanese technique called Nerikomi, where the color and pattern runs all the way though the clay body. It is smooth to the touch and perfectly transitions from one color and pattern to the next. As you make your way around the piece, you'll begin to notice the beautiful accents of gold leaf.
